Simply select your items, and click ‘Add to cart’. These items will be added to your shopping cart, found at the top right of your screen. Proceed to checkout to finalize your purchase.
We accept MasterCard (debit/credit), Visa (debit/credit), Visa Electron, American Express, UK Maestro, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
At this time, additional items cannot be added to an existing order. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order on our website.
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been received by our system. Your payment card is only debited once the order is confirmed.
A Trunkshow grants exclusive early access to our latest collection, allowing you to secure runway pieces before public release. A 50% deposit is required at point of pre-order, with the remaining balance processed upon shipping.
Please note: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, should you change your mind, we will gladly provide store credit equivalent to the amount paid.
Estimated delivery dates are listed on the product page beneath the size guide and
included in your confirmation email. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional production delays may occur.

As pre-order items have not yet been produced, we are not able to provide item-specific measurements. General size and fit recommendations are available on the product page.
Additionally, you can click on "View Size Chart" on each product page for assistance with size conversion.
Pieces may undergo slight modifications during production. Any intended changes will be detailed in the product description and Size & Fit section on the product page.
Some designs are not available for pre-order or are exclusive to the runway. For inquiries on unavailable styles, contact customerservice@erdem.com.
Erdem.com follows UK sizing. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with product specific measurements.
Yes! Select your size and click ‘Join the Waitlist’. If the item restocks, you’ll receive an email notification to say it is available for purchase.
Not every item from each ERDEM collection will be available to purchase online. However, if you have a special request, please send a photo of the item to customerservice@erdem.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes! Our gift cards are available to purchase here.
Care instructions can be found on the products inside care label. Please kindly follow the recommending cleaning and care instructions. Damage caused by improper care or cleaning will not classify the item as faulty.
If your item has experienced wear and tear, please send a photo to customerservice@erdem.com and we
can see if we can offer you a repair. Please note: This service may come at an additional cost.
We offer worldwide shipping. However, some territories are excluded. For more information, please check our Shipping & Delivery page here.
Due to signature requirements, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, except in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. In these cases, a valid contact name and phone number must be provided. PO Boxes are excluded from DHL shipping guarantee and therefore neither DHL or ERDEM.com can accept liability on missing or damaged shipments sent to such addresses.
We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, including Aramex locations.
All orders from Erdem.com will be packaged inside our custom blue ERDEM gift boxes, secured in our standard brown shipping boxes to further protect your order during transit. Please note: During sale periods, packaging is subject to change.
Yes, all purchased from ERDEM.com are insured from dispatch to delivery. A signature is required upon delivery, confirming receipt of your order and transferring responsibility to you. If delivered to an office or shared building, we are not liable for lost or misplaced items after signing.
Yes! Use your tracking number from the Shipping Confirmation email on ww.dhl.com.
If you wish to return an item, please register your return via our Returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Once registered, you have an additional 14 days to return the parcel to us.
Please use our complimentary DHL returns service by attaching the provided return label to your parcel. If your parcel is missing a return label, please contact customerservice@erdem.com, and we will email you a replacement.
To schedule a free collection with DHL, please call 02476 937 770 (UK) or book online here. You may also drop your parcel off at any DHL parcel point.
If you choose to return your item via a courier, other than via DHL with the provided label, we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs incurred.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Refunds to original payment methods may take an additional 10 working days.
PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal account immediately, however, processing times for linked bank accounts may vary.
