Relocating our US warehouse
Between Saturday 13th and Thursday 18th July we are relocating our US warehouse which will affect our ability to process orders and returns handled by our US facility. We aim to have operations back up and running as quickly as possible and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Our UK distribution centre remains open and will not be affected by this relocation. If you would like to check where your chosen garment is available before placing your order, our customer service team will be happy to help.
Our Customer Service team are available Monday to Friday between 09.30 and 18.00 GMT. Any queries received outside of these hours will be addressed as soon as possible, during business hours. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours (or 1 business day), so please allow this time for a member of our team to reply to your query. If your query is urgent, please contact us by phone or through live chat when available, however please be aware that this is manned during our customer service hours.
