Post Brexit, orders made from countries within the EU will be inclusive of any duties and taxes. You will not be liable to pay any extra costs upon delivery of your order. During this transition period, you may experience a slight delay receiving your order due to delays at the border which are outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND COSTS
We offer worldwide shipping through our service provider, DHL. All orders are dispatched from the UK. Shipping rates are categorised by country and zone. Shipping costs will be automatically assigned to your order at the checkout and are dependent on the shipping country specified.

ERDEM offers UK Next Day Delivery on orders place before 1pm GMT Monday - Thursday.
All shipments can be tracked by entering your tracking number at www.dhl.com
Shipping tracking numbers will be provided.
Due to international import laws, which vary by country, there are restrictions in importing various items. Please be aware of these restrictions when placing your order.
Please note that in certain areas only a limited range of delivery services is available. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
We are unable to dispatch orders containing jewellery to Russia or China. To receive jewellery purchases, please arrange for these to be shipped to an alternative delivery address outside of these countries. Although Erdem.com does not prevent any item from being ordered via the online checkout, if your order contains jewellery items and you have chosen for this order to be shipped to Russia or China, a member of Customer Service will contact you to inform that these items must be removed from the order and refunded to your account.
Shipping to China:
Clearance processes can vary between Chinese gateways. To find out more information about shipping your order to China, please contact DHL from within China on: Nationwide Toll Free No.: 400 888 3500.
Shipping to Brazil & USA:
Orders shipped to USA and Brazil require the customer to provide DHL Express with the Tax ID Number/ Social Security Number for processing the customs formalities. To avoid delays, you should have this number ready when DHL contacts you.
Erdem.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Every purchase from Erdem.com will be insured from the time it is dispatched from our distribution centre in the UK to the moment it is delivered to you, or to the person nominated by you to take delivery on your behalf. Every order will require a signature of receipt and this signature will signify successful delivery and fulfilment. Once your item is delivered and signed for, the responsibility of these good passes to you.
Erdem.com is not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.
Unfortunately, as all shipments require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes other than in the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. PO Box addresses are accepted in these territories on the condition that the contact name and contact phone number have been provided so the courier is able to contact you in the event of not being able to deliver the package. Deliveries sent to PO boxes within the UAE must include a full residential or business address within the for the consignee in addition to a contact telephone number.
PO Boxes are excluded from DHL shipping guarantee and therefore neither DHL or Erdem.com can accept liability on missing or damaged shipments sent to such addresses. Please be aware that delays may occur when sending orders to PO Box addresses.
We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.
Customs Duty is dependent upon the commodity code assigned to an item. A commodity code is dependent on the type of item and its composition. Customs Duty is charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods.
VAT/GST is a government sales tax, which differs from country to country. It is charged on the supply of goods and will be calculated as a percentage of your total order value, including shipping and insurance costs as stated on your invoice.
All orders dispatched to addresses within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) will be charged inclusive of UK VAT
If you are ordering for delivery within the EU, customs and duty payments are not applicable. If you are ordering for delivery to the United States of America or Canada, all customs and duty payments will be handled by ERDEM on your behalf. If you are ordering for delivery to anywhere else in the world outside of the EU or the above-named countries, your order may be liable for import duty and/or local taxes for which you will be responsible for paying prior to or at the time of delivery.
If you are ordering for delivery outside of the EU in GBP, when applicable, the amount of UK VAT will be automatically removed from the price you pay at the checkout.
Erdem.com takes no responsibility for additional costs or delays that may be incurred by customs at the arrival of your order to your destination country.
COLLECT IN STORE
Erdem.com offers you the possibility to pick up for free in our London store the items you ordered online. After your order process simply call +44 (0)203 327 3758 and we will put the order aside for you. When you come in to collect your item we will then refund your delivery charge. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up at the store.
In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:
- Valid ID
- Shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).
If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:
- Copy of your valid ID
- Valid ID of the person collecting
- Shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)
- Letter of authorization.
If the item is not picked up within 10 days the order will be returned and we will issue a refund.
From time to time, Erdem.com will run free shipping promotions. To be notified of these and other promotions sign up to our email newsletter. Free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page once the valid promotional code is entered.
Erdem.com does not ship orders to the following destinations:

We shall endeavour to deliver the product to you within 12 days (from the day after you have placed your order) unless you have agreed to a later delivery date with our Customer Service team. If we are unable to deliver the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame that Erdem.com gives for delivery estimations, nor are we accountable for this time for delivery. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually
