We offer worldwide shipping via DHL. All orders from ERDEM.com are dispatched from our UK facilities. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.
For UK customers, ERDEM offers Next Day Delivery on orders place before 1PM GMT Monday – Thursday.

Track your order anytime by entering the tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email at www.dhl.com.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please ensure your billing and shipping details are correct, as we cannot modify shipping addresses once your parcel is in the DHL system.
- If your order has not shipped, contact our customer service team to request an update of your shipping address.
- If your order has shipped, please reach out to DHL directly to request a redirection of your parcel.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Jewellery: We are unable to ship jewellery to China. If you place an order, containing jewellery, for delivery to China, our Customer Service team will contact you to remove and refund these items.
Shipments to China: Customs clearance procedures may vary. For details, contact DHL within China on: Nationwide Toll Free No. 400 888 3500.
Shipments to the USA, Brazil, and Poland: A Tax ID or Social Security Number is required for customs processing. Please have this information ready to avoid delays. ERDEM.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
PO Boxes: Due to signature requirements, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, except in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. In these cases, a valid contact name and phone number must be provided. PO Boxes are excluded from DHL shipping guarantee and therefore neither DHL or ERDEM.com can accept liability on missing or damaged shipments sent to such addresses.
We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, including Aramex locations.
EXCLUDED TERRITORIES
Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Crimea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Rwanda, Siberia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Vojvodina and Yemen.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Every purchase from ERDEM.com is fully insured from dispatch until it reaches you. A signature is required upon delivery, confirming receipt of your order and transferring responsibility to you. If delivered to an office or shared building, we are not liable for lost or misplaced items after signing.
LANDED COSTS, TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders placed through ERDEM.com will be charged inclusive of UK VAT. If you are ordering for international delivery outside of the UK, all customs and duty payments will be handled by ERDEM on your behalf.
ERDEM.com takes no responsibility for additional costs or delays that may be incurred by customs at the arrival of your order to your destination country.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We strive to deliver your order within 12 days of purchase. If delays occur, we will notify you, via email, with an updated timeline. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Orders held by customs or awaiting duty payments may take longer to deliver - this is not included in our estimated delivery timeframe. ERDEM.com is not responsible for any delays during the customs process.
