Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your ERDEM order, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to register a return for a refund. All returns must be shipped in the original ERDEM packaging, with return labels still attached.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you wish to return an item, please register your return via our Returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Once registered, you have an additional 14 days to return the parcel to us.

Please use our complimentary DHL returns service by attaching the provided return label to your parcel. If your parcel is missing a return label, please contact customerservice@erdem.com, and we will email you a replacement.

To schedule a free collection with DHL, please call 02476 937 770 (UK) or book online here. You may also drop your parcel off at any DHL parcel point.

If you choose to return your item via a courier, other than via DHL with the provided label, we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs incurred.

Once your return has been refunded, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNING FROM GERMANY

For returns from Germany over €1,000. please follow this link to obtain the required documentation. Unfortunately, we are unable to complete this process on your behalf, but we will reimburse any associated fees upon proof of payment.

RETURN TO A STORE

If you would like to return your order in person, you may drop it off at our Mayfair store.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to return an item, please register your return via our Returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Once registered, you have an additional 14 days to return the parcel to us. Once we have received and processed your return, your exchange order will be released for fulfilment.

Please kindly note, exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is received.

RETURN CONDITION GUIDELINES

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • New, unused, and in their original condition, with all ERDEM tags attached. The original ERDEM packaging should be used to make the return.
  • Clothing & Accessories – Please take care when trying on pieces, as we will not be able to accept returns of items that have been damaged whilst trying on.
  • Jewellery – For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return parcel has been received, please kindly allow 5 working days for your return to be processed and a refund issued back to your original method of payment. Please then allow an additional 10 working days to see the funds back in your account.

PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal account immediately. Please note, processing times for linked bank accounts may vary.

LATE RETURNS

Returns must reach our warehouse within 14 days of being registered. Returns received outside of this window may not be accepted.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing fault within six months of purchase. Where possible, we will offer to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Please note that damage caused by wear and tear or improper care is not considered a fault.

COLOURS

We strive to ensure our product colours are displayed as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to different screen settings and monitors.
