Prices displayed in the 'Shop' section of our website do not include delivery charges or customs clearance duty. You will be charged a delivery fee based on the destination country chosen when placing an order.
Tracking a Shipment
If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the email you are sent at the time if dispatch, which contains your tracking number. Alternatively email us at email@example.com and we will track your shipment for you.
All shipments can be tracked by entering your tracking number at www.ups.com
Due to international import laws, which vary by country, there are restrictions in importing various items. Please be aware of these restrictions when placing your order.
Please note that in certain areas only a limited range of delivery services is available. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
We are unable to dispatch orders containing jewellery to Russia or China. To receive jewellery purchases, please arrange for these to be shipped to an alternative delivery address outside of these countries. Although Erdem.com does not prevent any item from being ordered via the online checkout, if your order contains jewellery items and you have chosen for this order to be shipped to Russia or China, a member of Customer Service will contact you to inform that these items must be removed from the order and refunded to your account.
Shipping to China
Clearance processes can vary between Chinese gateways. To find out more information about shipping your order to China, please contact UPS from within China on: Nationwide Toll Free No.: 800-820-8388 /400-820-8388, or from the rest of the world, (86-21) 3896 5555.
Shipping to Brazil
Orders shipped to Brazil require a Tax ID Number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica - CPF) to clear customs. To avoid delays, you should have this number ready when UPS contacts you.
Erdem.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Every purchase from Erdem.com will be insured from the time it is dispatched from our distribution centre to the moment it is delivered to you, or to the person nominated by you to take delivery on your behalf. Every order will require a signature of receipt and this signature will signify successful delivery and fulfilment. Once your item is delivered and signed for, the responsibility of these good passes to you.
Erdem.com is not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.
Unfortunately, as all shipments require a signature authentication upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, other than in the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. PO Box addresses are accepted in these territories, on the condition that the contact name and contact phone number have been provided. Deliveries sent to PO boxes within the UAE must include, in addition to a contact telephone number, a full residential or business address for the consignee.
PO Boxes are excluded from UPS shipping guarantee and therefore neither UPS or Erdem.com can accept liability on missing or damaged shipments sent to such addresses. Please be aware that delays may occur when sending orders to PO Box addresses.
We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.
Landed Costs, Taxes and Duties
All orders dispatched to addresses within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) will be charged inclusive of UK VAT. Depending on the destination of your shipment, your order may be liable for import duty and/or local VAT/GST. Customs duty is not applicable for items shipped from the UK to any country within the EU.
VAT/GST is a government sales tax, which differs from country to country. It is charged on the supply of goods and will be calculated as a percentage of your total order value, including shipping and insurance costs as stated on your invoice.
Customs Duty is dependant upon the commodity code assigned to an item. A commodity code is dependant on the type of item and it’s composition. Customs Duty is charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods.
Taxes and duties are not applicable to orders being dispatched to Australian addresses with a value of under 1000 AUD.
Erdem.com takes no responsibility for additional costs or delays that may be incurred by customs at the arrival of your order to your destination country.

We shall endeavour to deliver the product to you as soon as possible after you place your order and in any event within 30 days (beginning on the day after the day you place your order) unless you have agreed to a later delivery date. If we are unable to deliver the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame that Erdem.com gives for delivery estimations, nor are we accountable for this time for delivery. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually .
