How to Return or Exchange An Item 

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 28 days to return them to us for a refund or exchange.

You must notify us of your wish to return or exchange any items from your order within 14 days of receipt. 

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into My Account, go to ‘Order History’ and ‘Completed Orders’ and select the order you wish to return, part-return or exchange.
  2. Select the item(s) and quantity you wish to return and choose your reason for return from the drop down menu. If an item is faulty please provide details in the comment box.
  3. On submitting your return request, you will recieve an email stating your RMA number and further instructions on how to return your parcel. Please wait for a secondary return 'Request Authorized' email before arranging for UPS to collect your parcel for return to us. 
  4. Complete the ‘Returns Proforma/Commercial Invoice’ form included within your order, filling in the RMA number you have been issued and ticking the items you are returning.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (outside of the EU): Please leave your package open so it can be presented to the UPS driver for checking along with your Returns Proforma/Commercial Invoice (for international returns the UPS representative will attach this to the exterior of the box).

Please ensure that all returns are sent back in the original packaging provided and with returns tags still attached. All orders should be returned to our store address at: ERDEM.COM, 70 South Audley Street, London W1 2RA, United Kingdom *You will not normally be required to enter this information if you are an international customer as all orders will be sent with a pre-printed returns label and proforma.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and your refund processed by a member of our team.

Please note does not refund customs duties, shipping costs or international sales tax (outside of the EU).

To exchange items from your order, please follow steps 1 and 2 above, choosing the option ‘I want to exchange the selected item(s)’ from the ‘Returns Action’ dropdown menu. Within the comment box, state the replacement items you wish to exchange your order with and press ‘Submit Request’.

New item(s) requested in exchange will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.
